BM12 Baling system takes crystallized, grain and granulated packaged products such as pasta, pulses, rice, nuts, granulated sugar, salt, coffee, candy, detergent etc. packaged in vertical filling machine from vertical filling machine exit conveyor. From here, it sends to elevator conveyor. It standardizes the dimensions of packaged products by removing excess air with ironing conveyor on elevator conveyor and transmits to filling conveyor. Package speeds are increased in filling conveyor and packages come to filling unit. It is turned into bags in film collar pipe group attached to bobbin unit of machine. Packages coming to filling unit are stacked neatly in this bag. It is turned into bales by sticking horizontally and vertically. Bale is taken from machine by exit conveyor. It can easily adapt to changes in the market with various accessories and apparatuses at any time. Format can be changed easily with small adjustments. ATHAPACK guarantees that maintenance time and expenses will be minimum.
