TS2 Weighing/Counting Scale is suitable for weighing and counting hardware products such as screws, nuts, bolts, washers, bushings, nails, plastic components, stampings, etc. The microprocessor constantly monitors the weighing system to guarantee maximum speed. 
 
General Features:
 
• Parts in contact with the product are stainless steel or polyurethane lined (according to customer demand)
• Feeding pan 40 lt.
• 2 primary vibration channels are controlled by a mobile detector. 
• 2 secondary vibrating channels Suitable for continuously feeding coarse channels and fine feeding channels.
• 2 final vibrating channels have pneumatic valves for product flow control. 
• Final weighing is done by counting the rollers driven by the motor and microprocessor. 
• 2 pieces of 12lt weighing pan are mechanically protected against overload with load cells.
• Different programs can be recorded for different products.
• Adaptable for different machines (package, bag, box).
• The machine complies with CE standards.
